How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Please call us 24 hour’s prior to your appointment to reschedule. We may charge a fee if not given 24 hour’s notice.

What do I do if I need medical help after hours?

You may also call the Privia Nurse line at (571) 223-7670. If you have a medical emergency please call 911 or go directly to the emergency room. We participate with most major insurance companies. If you call ahead, we can confirm your benefits including your responsibility for deductible, co-pay or co-insurance payments.

How do I get a written referral?

You will need to be seen by one of our primary care providers to receive a referral to specialist.

How do I get a refill of my medications?

Contact your pharmacy to see if you have any refills available on your prescription. If you do not, the fastest and easiest way to get your prescription refilled is by using the patient portal to make your refill request. You may also call the office. Because of the volume of requests we receive, we need to receive your request at least 2 days prior to your running out of medication. You will be called as soon as we have placed the prescription with your pharmacy.

How do I get my records copied or transferred?

You can fill out a release of records here in our office and your medical records can be transferred.
