I believe that the greatest gift you can give your family and the world is healthy you.

We participate with most commercial insurances found in this area.

It is very important to bring your insurance card at the time of your visit so that we can submit claims on your behalf to your insurance company. You will be responsible for your co-payment and any deductible you may have remaining at the time of service.

If you do not have insurance, or do not bring your card, we will need an up front $75 payment before you are seen. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.

The majority of our patients are either insured privately or publicly. For those who are not, we have a sliding fee scale that can reduce your bill based on your economic need.

We also offer assistance to many who find themselves homeless, in shelters, or have come to this area as refugees or immigrants that includes coordinating with other services offered in the community that we do not provide.
